The eaux-de-vie used in D’USSÉ® XO Cognac are aged a minimum of 10 years in French oak casks
Produced using the Charentaise method—slow double- distillation in copper stills. The lees (spent yeast cells) are kept in the wine to add additional depth and character to the eau-de-vie.
Natural humidity of the cellars impacts evapouration and maintains the perfect balance of humidity, dryness and temperature.
Final blend is left for another 6 months to mature and ensure all components of the blend will marry well together.

Dried fruits and wooden aromas highlight the maturity of the brandy. Finally aged for years in oak casks.
